How do I know my size?

We use standard European sizing. The product pages include a detailed size guide so you can easily find your best fit. If you’re between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for extra comfort.

Do your clothes fit true to size?

Yes—unless noted otherwise, our garments run true to size. Exceptions (such as oversized fits) are mentioned in the product description.

Will the fabric shrink after washing?

Our pieces are made from high-quality fabrics that are pre-treated to minimize shrinkage. To keep them in the best condition, always follow the care instructions on the garment label.

How should I wash my clothes?

Wash inside out at 30°C (cold). Use a gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Hang to dry instead of tumble drying to preserve shape and color.

Can I iron the clothing?

Yes, but we recommend a low to medium temperature. Always check the care label for specific instructions.

Are the colors exactly as shown in the photos?

We do our best to display colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting.

Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?

Browse our collection, choose your item(s), select the right size, and add them to your cart. Go to checkout and follow the steps to complete your order.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major payment methods, including:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX)
  • PayPal
  • iDEAL (for Dutch customers)
  • Other local payment options depending on your country (shown at checkout)
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We start processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@flinge-o.com.

If your order has already shipped, changes are no longer possible. However, you can return the items after you receive them.

Can I use a discount code?

Yes! You can enter your discount code at checkout in the “Discount code” field. You can use one code per order unless stated otherwise.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?

Order confirmations are sent automatically by email. If you don’t receive one within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder. If it isn’t there, contact us at contact@flinge-o.com and we’ll resend it.

How do I know if my order was successful?

If your payment was completed and you received an email confirmation, your order was placed successfully. You can also check your order status by logging into your account (if you created one).

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

It depends on where you are. Orders normally take 5-7 business days to arrive.

Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel in real time.

Do I have to pay customs or import duties?

Orders within the EU arenot subject to customs duties.

For orders outside the EU, customs or import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are the buyer’s responsibility.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

If your order doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us at contact@flinge-o.com. We’ll reach out to the carrier and resolve the issue.

Returns

Can I return my product?

Yes, returns within Europe are accepted. Unfortunately, returns from outside Europe are not possible due to customs and logistical complexity.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have14 calendar days from the day after you receive your order to let us know you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

After notifying us, you have another 14 daysto send the items back.

⚠️ Please note: you must ship the return within 14 daysafter informing us of your withdrawal.

Can I get a refund for my return?

Yes, refunds are issued for returned items.

  • Original shipping costs are not refunded.
  • Return shipping costs are at your expense
Do you offer exchanges?

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item. Once we receive your return, we’ll refund the purchase amount.

What condition must items be in to be returned?

Items must be in perfect condition:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • No stains or defects
  • With original tags and packaging (where applicable)
  • Safely packed in a bag or box, securely sealed with tape
How do I prove I sent my return?

Always keep a shipping receipt (tracking number).

If a return is sent without tracking and the parcel is lost, this is unfortunately at the customer’s risk.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive your return, processing takes 3–7 days.

After processing, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
